Our normal turnaround time on orders is 2 to 4 business days from the original order date, although most items ship the next business day. During the busy holiday season it may take longer. Please note that due to the handcrafted nature of our products we may be out of stock of a particular item at any one time. You will be notified immediately if this is the case and given the opportunity to replace the item, remove the item from your order or place the item on back order.
We are sorry but at this time products can only be billed and shipped to destinations within the continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. Territories. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Always inspect your package as soon as possible after it is received. If items are damaged, you must report the problem directly to the carrier (UPS or USPS) within 48 hours. Please inform us as well so that replacement arrangements can be made if necessary.
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but due to the personal nature of our products we do not accept returns. If however, we have shipped you a wrong product or you feel you did not receive what you ordered – please contact us. We are very understanding and will work with you to come to a satisfactory resolution. We love a happy customer, after all you are our livelihood.
